9.30am pickup from Jury’s Inn 10.15am brief stop on Portsdown Hill for a natural high vantage point view 115m above sea level, 2 miles north of Portsmouth and Southsea 10.55am arrive at Southsea Castle to disembark coach to begin 11.00am Southsea Sea Front Promenade a) Southsea Castle to War Memorial (.5 mile/10min walk, 10min rest) b) War Memorial to Clarence Pier (.3 mile/6min walk, 30min rest and explore) c) Clarence Pier to the Round Tower (.4 mile/8min walk, 10min rest) Total promenade = 1hr 15min 12.30 Fish ‘n’ Chips dinner at Spice Island 2pm Depart (on foot or shuttle-bus) (.7 mile/13min walk to) 2.30 Arrive at the Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays – for sightseeing and harbor-side shopping 5pm Coach pick-up to return to Southampton 6pm Drop off at Jury’s Inn.

Seen left of center is the Spinnaker Tower. Take the high speed lift to the view deck at 100 meters, where you’ll experience the South Coast’s most spectacular view.
