with poetic names such as 'Embracing the Tree',
'Connecting Heaven and Earth' and 'Gathering Past,

of charge 1hr demo meeting with Daichi Gary in
the Chomon House Dojo, located at the junction
of The Avenue and London Road in Southampton.
Gary would also be pleased to visit your home
or your organisation's premises to present one
off demos or ongoing classes including 'top half
tai chi' and 'chi kung chair exercises' for those
less physically able. Previous clients include
Portsmouth Parkinson's Suffers group, Sunrise
Senior Living Ltd. and the staff of Winchester
and Southampton Solent Universities.
